Hobart location is the worst.

Update: Levin called this morning and offered to refund my battery installation fee of $70. They explained that their service system says Toyota charges 1/2 hour service for battery installs to clean terminals, check electrical system, install battery, and fully charge it. I suggested that when they quote a battery in the future they state total cost, I would have never gotten the battery there if I knew there was an installation charge. Gave appraisal $100.00 cheaper than Car Center for a break job and tires. Come to find out they didn't remove the tires to inspect the breaks before they gave me their estimate. After removing tires and beginning the work they added $600.00, for the exact work that Care Center had written on their quote. in short they ripped me off $700 for ignoring my plea to remove the tire and inspect the breaks. DO NOT GO TO LEVIN TIRE IN HIGHLAND, IN!

Steals money from their workers, doesn't allow breaks. Treats everyone who works there like garbage because they feel they can. If you go in to get a service done, look at who did it. You'll probably never see them again because they can't keep employees.

Hello Bea, Your boyfriend Michael, who was employed at Levin Tire, took a countless amount of smoke breaks a day, called off or no-showed almost every week and also rarely came to work on time. We brought our concerns to his attention multiple times, but after no progress, we had to terminate his employment for those reasons. We need our employees to be at work and during their scheduled shifts so we can service our customers.

I am always please with how pleasant Cheryl is when I go to the Crown Point location. She is informative and let’s you know what you are going to need some n regarding maintenance or tires. She is never pushy with this and takes time to listen.

Getting Christmas gifts before a Dr appointment today(needless to say , I was on a tight schedule) only to hear a hissing noise from a screw in my tire that I picked up on Kennedy Ave. They were so quick and courteous to me, I will definitely be back. I'm extremely happy with my experience at Levin Tire in Valpo. They told me exactly what needed to be done to my car, let me think it over for a day and got the repair finished in a fair amount of time.
