The desk people are extremely rude. They make you very uncomfortable. They act as though they are above you. I will never come here again. I got way better service at cheaper prices at other places.
I have been to Valpo Levin Tire numerous times, oil changes, tire repair, brakes, etc. Their service is always exceptional. Today their customer service went above and beyond for me. Jerry was awesome! They are always very quick to get your problems handled and they do it with a smile. We will never go elsewhere.
All they are is parts changers,they change parts not needed .they have a 300 % mark up on parts .if you go there get a second opinion,for some else .customer BEWARE !!!
Stopped in unannounced last night at the Valpo store with a low tire. Since it was unrepairable and I have an AWD vehicle, I had no choice but to replace all 4 tires on the spot, which was bad news to hear. We drove a couple of blocks away for some fast food while we waited for my tire installation, came back, and my car was already being pulled out into the lot before we even finished eating. Way quicker than expected, professional service, and best prices around every time. Recommended.
I called a day before about getting two tires replaced and was told to come on in they took my information. however when I came in the next day they said they were really busy and would be a while. I went outside and waited for over an hour! I came in to see if they forgot about me and he said oh I'm sorry can you come back tomorrow!! The manager said they couldn't fit me in. Waste of my time!! Would never go back!!
This place is a joke!!!! $1600 to tune up an expedition????? Got it done for $250 parts and labor from an ase certified mechanic. Trying to feed my wife bullshit that the plugs will fall in the motor!!! GTFO of here!!!! If you pay for anything other than a flat tire repair you're an idiot!!!!!!!!!! Fuckin scammers!!!!!
