Last time getting my oil changes at Levin Tire Valpo. Booked an appointment online that morning for 5pm and we get there and they tell us they are too busy. They said we shouldn't have been able to schedule online even though I received an email and text confirmation of the appointment. We brought both of our toddlers out in the cold and switched car seats to be told to come back another day. I went to the Levin Tires in Hammond Indiana and took my truck to get repaired. The work I was getting done is a new plenum and new manifold gasket also new fuel injection rail o-ring kit. They called me after tech finish and said my truck is making noise the rod is bad. Before I took it in the truck had no noise also took it to Cadillac they found no noise. Chip LaRock is an fantastic manager. Was test driving a few used vehicles from dealers around the area, chip and his mechanics helped re-assure me that I was making a good decision. I was very surprised by how fast he had things moving their. I did not have to wait more then 20 mins for my cars to be inspected and done. I live in Valparaiso and I always have had issues finding a reliable shop to take my vehicles to.
