RecommendedLast week Friday 3/22/2019 I was packing our SUV for Florida to visit family. I noticed a nail in my driver side rear tire. The time was 6:55 p.m. I darted for Levin Tire in Highland. I arrived at 6:58 p.m. and they close at 7:00 p.m. I spoke with Brian at the counter and he took my car in for service no questions asked. They were all ready to end their shift, but stayed to repair my tire so my family was able to leave as scheduled for our vacation. Forever grateful to the Levin Tire team!
Amazing place! I’ve had my car serviced and multiple locations and they have always been amazing! Never once have I felt like I was being pressured into paying for more than I needed. Staff is super friendly and service is speedy! Would highly highly recommend this place!
RecommendedI was headed home from Chicago for the holidays with my young pup and ran over a nail. Not knowing the area or where I was I just googled the nearest tire shop to me. Luckily it was Levin Tires in Crown Point. I was a bit teary from the unexpected detour but the guys couldn’t have been nicer. They even offered to let my dog come sit in the shop with me because it was very cold outside. I cannot thank or recommend Doug Olin and his team (Steven, Matt and Mark) enough. What had seemingly become a nightmare situation with a missing custom sized lock spline turned into an hours long deep state search for the right tool. They kept hunting until they found one and remounted 4 new tires that will allow me to travel safely. Tremendous customer service where many shops would have just shrugged and wished me luck. You have won my business and gained my trust! They are THE BEST!
Thanks to John at Levin Tire Shop! My tire had a nail it in and it was close to closing time and he stood around to fix it. He did it so fast I was able to make it to my daughter’s on time! And Chip with his great customer service!
