I have been coming to Levin for all my car needs for four years now. I live in Hobart and used to deal only with the Hobart Branch, however I drive out to Highland now for all my needs because they have always helped me out tremendously. Today for instance, I was running late and Chipp still got me in for services. I also lost my debit card and was $1 short on the total and of course, Chipp helped me with that as well. Very friendly service. As a woman who is always uncomfortable getting car serviced, they make the process less intimidating. They even filled out my tire rebate form and stapled it to my receipt! Saved me time and brain power.

My wife recently had a flat tire on our minivan. Levin didn't have our tire in stock (Michelin Defender), but the manager, Alex, went out of his way to get the tire delivered to the store. He called me that afternoon to let me know he had the tire in stock, so we were able to get the new tire installed the same day. Alex also gave me a price break by matching a competitor's price. Excellent service! Well done, Alex and team.
