Our truck was in 4 times to get an alignment. Each time claiming it was fine. Terrible customer service and will be reaching out to good year for a dispute
Never go here for an alignment. It's been four try's now and the truck still pulls to the right with the steering wheel cocked left. Each time I have spent 2-2.5 hours waiting for it to be done. They claim it's in spec but when I bring it back and they put it back on the rack it's magically out of spec within 10 miles. The truck has brand new tie rods, ball joints, drag link, wheel bearings, axle u joints and new tires from them. There is absolutely no reason they shouldn't be able to do this simple service right. A few years ago, I called the Hammond store to get tires for my Jeep. I was told they didn't have them in stock, but would have them the next morning. I asked if I needed and appointment and was told no, just come in. I went in the next morning and was told they didn't know anything about the tires. I waited for the guy I talked to to come in and was told: "it ain't happening today pal!".
