I think leupold sinks, cannot get in touch with them that they mailed my scope back and haven't gotten it to this and waited on line for an hour when I was number 2 they hangup left numerous phone return number with neg results . someone check the management!!!!
I managed to break a Redfield telescope through utter stupidity from my side(feeling very embarrased).I sent it in for repairs through our local agents in South Africa (Formalito),and I was VERY surprised when they told me I can come and pick up a new 6x18x40 vx2.Thank you Leopold.I will from now on only buy Leopold optics in future.Great product, excellent customer service.
I bought a Leupold Rogue Compact Prism Binocular, 10x25mm, for which I would give an excellent rating. However I don`t understand why they come with such a cheap case. The binoculars don`t fit in this case. Should I had seen this in a store I would never have purchased the binocular. Now, I have to waist time shopping for a case compatible with the binocular.. Bummer!!!
Sent my range finder in to get fixed the display was fading and they sent me the a brand new one year newer model in camo. That made me a life customer thank you leupold great customer service.

Damaged a pair of expensive binoculars from hem a few years ago out of negligence. I was honest about what happened and sent them in to see what they could do. The next week they sent me a newer version no questions asked. Great products, even better customer service! Leupold optics always is my goto for such reasons
Bought a range finder 3 years ago. I use it all the time. It failed this year in the middle of archery deer. I sent it back in and got a brand new better range finder in the mail. You have a customer for life. Thank-you for such a quick turn around and replacement.
- 2 stars vxlll returned 4 time ,still will not hold zero 3rd time moving 11 in. 4th moving 9in down 3 right ,, Vortex mounted, 1 in. groups at 400 yds. yes sir ,some kind of customer service ..anyone like to buy a " no defects found " scope ,,,,,,
