great products and great customer service. Ive had my scope for approx 18 years. Somehow, last year, I lost the covers for the adjusters. I have not seen replacements on line anywhere, so I made a call to Leupold. They offered to send out a free replacement set. Its just a little thing, but in this day and age, that and a great product is enough to keep me as a customer. Thank you!

I'm an idiot...I have an RX-750 rangefinder I purchased a few years ago. This year on the 3-D course some of the yardage readings to the targets changed. Thinking my rangefinder needed "recalibrating", I called up leupold and they said send it in. Less than two weeks later I got it back, on the invoice it said "changed units from meters to yards"!
