What a company. Recently I have had just about enough of online businesses not delivering but I must say leupold went above and beyond. I had a pair of old cascade binoculars that the eyepieces stopped working on so I called leupold and the response from them was "just send them in"! So I did!! About two weeks later and they have sent me a brand new pair sealed in a box with new covers and case. All I can say is wow and thank you!
Fantastic customer service. I soaked my 2 year old rangefinder, completely my fault. Water in the lenses, and the electronics ruined. Within a week they had a new unit on the way to me. I am beyond impressed!
Over priced, and over hyped. There are way better scopes available for the money.
I purchased a deltapoint retinal mounted it on my m&p and fell in love! Had a malfunction and they bent over backwards fixing the issue! Great customer service solid products. I will use and recommend them to everyone with a need for optics!

Just sent my binos in as they were fantastic but some abuse in the field had one side blurry after 2 years. Sent them in and one week later I had a new pair. Love it when a great company stands by a great product. The gold warranty is legit.
Best optics I've owned. Tried others, some being cheaper and others pricier. This is where it's at.
Leupold stands behind their product like no one else. I purchased a pair of Acadia binoculars in 2009. After nearly 7 years of hard use crossing many states they were in need of repair. One eye cup was not functioning like it should but since these are not a gold ring model I hesitated to send them in. After talking to a customer representative on the phone I decided to send them to Leupold to be fixed. I was having some trouble with my laser after it's been working perfect for several years. I sent it in hoping they could fix it and with no questions asked they sent me a new one. I will forever buy your product any chance I get. You're the best, your product is the best, thank you!!
