I wanted to take a minute and jot down a note about EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My 4 year old Leupold golf Rangefinder had stopped working and I sent it in for repair. 2 weeks later I received a BRAND NEW replacement...no questions, no proof of purchase, etc. Best customer service experience I can remember! Bought a pair over 20 years ago and I dropped them out of my deer stand and had double vision my fault. Called and they said send them in so they could look at them couple weeks later brand new pair arrived. A few weeks ago one of the eyecups came off and I couldn't find it. I called to get a replacement they said send them in and yesterday a brand new pair arrived. They stand behind their products. Thank you!!
I am completely blown away by Leupold. I bought the vendetta range finder for my bow a couple years ago. At the beginning of this archery season the led screen stopped working so I sent it back to them to have fixed, figuring it wouldn't be covered under warrenty was expecting a bill for the repairs. However not only did they stand by their product, they sent me the NEW vendetta 2 at no cost to me. I will never buy another brand scope or range finder again. I love my Rogue 10x25 Binoculars, but I am REALLY sold on your product after the customer service I just received. My puppy chewed through the case and lens cover. When I called to order new ones, Leupold said they'd send them free of charge! I didn't even have to pay for shipping!!! Thank you for the awesome customer service even though it wasn't your fault. You have a customer for life!
