After having the leupold scope sense 1972,it wouldn't adjust anymore so i sent it to leupold and with in 10 days i got it back but to may surprise it was a new vx-2 3x9 40mm . How great is that! Thank you Leupold & Steven! Great Company!
Recently deer hunting I was doing a push , we are in north eastern Ontario in an area thar is quite hilly. Bought my leupold scopes because of the reputation for being tough l however never really wanted to see how tough. So back to the story , coming down a steep incline and slipped me went one way rifle the other way my scope scratched on exterior and top adjustment cap dented. The best costumer service I have experienced. The eye cup on my binoculars broke. I sent them back to Leupold 10 days ago with I warning that they could be gone for 5 weeks. Today I received brand NEW binoculars twice the price of the original pair I ordered. Just in time for hunting season. I will continue to purchase Leupold products. Thank you Leupold!

I had an older scope that broke due to me falling and it hitting the ground. I thought I was gonna be out a scope....but I went online and filled out the paper work and was amazed by what happened! This company has a great warranty and they stood behind it all the way, sending me a brand new scope! Customer for life!! Thank you!!
I've used nothing but Leupold products for 40 years. I currently have three Mark 6 and a VX6 scopes. I have not had to use your warranty repair service until recently. My first generation Delta Point, after a few years of hard service, became unadjustible for elevation, and sending it for repair, you shipped me a new Delta Point Pro! Thank you Leupold!
Leupold makes the absolute best optics in the world! If it doesn't have a gold ring it won't sit on one of my rifles. You can pay twice as much for optics from other companies and still not match Leupold's quality. The only thing better than their products it the customer service! They stand behind everything they make.
