I had trouble with my Leupold Binoculars one of the eye cups wouldn't work or adjust. So I contacted Leupold about what to do with them. They gave me the address of the place where they work on them and sent them off to be looked at. That was about two weeks ago give or take a day or two. I called and they said cause of a storm out west the pair of binoculars hadn't arrived yet so called back around the end of the week and they still hadn't arrived. ****EDITED. SITUATION RESOLVED- please read below**** After buying Leupold scopes for years (purchasing over 20 of them in total), I have run into an issue that I have never seen before. I purchased a Leupold 50mm scope, but when I got it home and unboxed it, the scope in the box was actually a 40mm. This must be a manufacturing issue, as the serial number on the tube matched the one on the box. I contacted Leupold who was actually very helpful, and sent me a return label. I guess I am somewhat pleased with my cds dial, even though it took two moths to receive as im headed down the driveway to my hunt. I was offered offered a deal on my next purchase. well tried to make a purchase via email never heard anything for a month and after four emails. well finally got the order placed item was out of stock and I was told it would be ready in a week and shipped to me. called today and my order was placed on hold. FYI, bought the Cascades about 10 years ago and been very pleased. In past couple of years noticed them becoming loose so that I couldn't hold with just one hand! Sent them back a few weeks ago for repair and instead received a new pair of BX-2's in the mail today! Very happy with Leupold they stand behind their products!

I've owned a GX-1 golf rangefinder for a few years now and it was working flawlessly. For some reason, it just stopped working even though the battery was new. I contacted Leupold customer service and sent the rangefinder in for repair. In less than 2 weeks, I had a new GX-1 in my mailbox without a charge! Now that is what I call customer service! I am a customer for life :) Excellent.

I bought two rcx2 cameras and a viewer for $600. None of the items worked more than 3 weeks. After many many tries to get leupold to do some thing about it, here I am giving them a bad review.guess I have to thank them, because now I'm the proud owner of 4 new monarchs, and one vortex diamondback. My gun smith thought I was crazy when I had him take my leupold scopes off so I could sell them, and I also had him replace all my leupold rings with burris z rings or talleys.
