Sent in a 5 year old golf range finder to have the optics repaired. They must not have been able to fix it for whatever reason, so they sent a brand new 2017 model back. No questions asked. What a fantastic company. Will never buy another brand of optics!
Great product and great customer service. A company that truly stands behind their products. I have a golf range finder that wasn't working correctly and all I had to do was simply send it in. They sent me a brand new one. They make the process so easy. If you're a golfer get the Leupold GX range finder it is so easy to use, accurate and the company stands by the product
Been using these optics for years. I have three rifles with Leupolds old than me on top passed down from my grandpa. Clear glass to this day.
I bought my Range Finder 4 years ago. It was the red illuminated version. My red was starting to fade. I sent it in for repair and ask to get a call back with a quote. 1 week later a new Range Finder arrived on my porch. This is an example of the best customer service I have ever found and why I will never again purchase anything but Leupold for my Optic needs.

My first Leupold was and still is a 2-7 that I put on my 30-30. Those two have been together ever since. I use a high see through mount for in case the scope ever gets knocked off and I have use the iron sights. Have never needed them in the last 24 years. I have Leupold 3-9's on my .338 and .308. Wouldn't buy anything else. I know they'll be on every time I grab them for my next hunt.
Hey guys I got a leupold Mark IV with iluminatet reticel. It was send to you from a local dealer in november since you dont have service in Norway or sweden. Any thoughts how long this Will take to get it back? I have to trow the bullets by hand since 3 months �
I have had 100% reliability and excellent service from all of My Leupold Rifle Scopes
My 1970s era scope stopped holding a zero and would not adjust. I boxed it up and sent it in for service. I received today in the mail a box containing a new scope. The lifetime warranty is exactly that !! All of my rifles and a handgun are topped with Leupold scopes. This is one of the reasons why.
