I am completely impressed with Leupold!! They have excellent customer service and they have earned my business for life! I sent in a rangefinder to see if it could be repaired, and I was more than willing to pay for the repairs. They sent me a brand new rangefinder at no cost to me. It is nice to find that there are still companies who completely stand behind their product!

I placed an order 12 weeks ago and still have not heard a word from your company. I tried to call your phone number and was on hold forever and finally hung up in frustration. I seem to have no way to reach Leupold as a company. Your website has no way I could find to check my order status. What a disappointment. Other customers BEWARE!!
Ive used the Mark 6 for years with no trouble on my PRS bolt and gas gun! I also have 1000s of 338 LM rounds on a VXIII without any issues. Great product!

I got a Leupold RX 600 rangefinder as a hand me down when I started hunting. I have had it with me on almost every hunting adventure and worked flawlessly until I dropped it one too many times. I send it into Leupold where I hoped they would find the problem and repair it for me since buying a new one was not in my budget. To my surprise two weeks later I received a brand-new Range finder in the mail! This meant so much to me I had to share it with the world. Thank you Leupold Optics!! You gained a customer for life!
Big shout out to Leupold and their great customer service! A company that truly stands behind their products. I own a Leupold GX-3i range finder and lost the case to it. I called to inquire how to go about buying a new one and the customer service rep took down my name and ship to address and said they will send a new one. I asked if I need to pay for it and he said nope. Wow! You have just earned my business for life. In fact my wife needs a range finder and guess what kind I am buying for her. Thank You!
