Leupold just demonstrated the kind of customer service that will keep my business for ages to come. I sent them in my rangefind and asked them to "refurbish it". This was a unit that I had extensive history with. I hunted Elk in Montana and Idaho, Mule deer in North Dakota and Arizona, Texas Hogs, and 6 seasons worth of use here in Alaska. My G1 rangefinder was damaged on a recent golf trip. I sent it to Leupold for repair. They took it a step further and sent me a new rangefinder in just a couple of weeks. Thanks for standing by your product with exceptional customer service.

Love them since the first scope I ever purchased, living in the Alaska bush, they are put to extreme tests, cold winters, wet summers, never had to send anything in for repair until now, I've always loved the product and will continue to enjoy your merchandise.
I have owned several optic products and scope mounts from Leupold and they look and work exceedingly well. I will continue to use and buy leupold products because of their reliablity and warranty. With that said I would like to take the opportunity to provide some helpful advice on esthetics on their new standard rings.The new standard scope rings are stamped with a big capital (L) Leupold logo on top and I am hoping Leupold will continue to offer the plain rings for custom gunmakers as the logo looks a little out of place o... read more
Great customer service. I had an RX 1000 rangefinder for 5 or 6 years and the digital display started to fade. I contacted Leupold and was told to send it in. Two weeks later I get a brand new RX 1200 in the mail.
Nothing better than a company that stands behind their products. Customer service is always kind and helpful. You get what you pay for.
