I had an issue with my range finder that was my fault. I sent it in for warranty expecting a bill. They replaced my range finder with a brand new unit !!!! Outstanding customer service. A loyal customer for life !!!! Thank you Leupold !!!!!!
Having owned the same Leupold scope for almost 20 years, it developed a fault. This was short lived because, true to their promise, Leupold fixed the scope and returned it back to me in the UK, with a full report on the works done. I have no hesitation in recommending Leupolds products. The Leupold warranty is as solid as they come. Period.
Im considering to mount a leupold fx4 rimfire scope on my gamo bb igt but its not around here in the Philippines. Hoping.
Had an issue with my RX-1200I Range Finder. Customer Service Extremely Friendly and went well beyond my expectations on repairs by sending me a brand new one. Easy to deal with and quality product which is rare combo these days. I will continue to add to my collection of Leupold products ( already have a VXIII and VX6 scopes).

I sent my rangefinder in for some warranty work just 15 days before my Elk hunt. I had no expectation of having it returned in time for my hunt. Huge Thanks to Leupold Warranty staff for getting it back to me two days before I leave!!! Very timely, Can't thank you enough!

Just would like to say Thank You !!! I had a older model ranger finder which had a illumination issue .... i sent it back to see if you could do anything with it ....The next thing i knew i received a brand new version still in the box to replace my old one no questions asked ....that`s why i will always continue to use your product ....loyalty and customer service means everything ....may not be the most expensive but cant put a price tag on that !!!! Thanks Matthew

Sent my scope in to have a custom turret installed 7 weeks ago and still not here! Was told 3 weeks out when it was sent, now going on a hunt without a scope!!
