I had an older pair of Leupold binoculars, and the ONLY thing wrong with them was that one of the eye cups had become loose. I sent them back to Leupold to have that eye cup fixed, and when I opened the return box today, I found a BRAND NEW pair of binoculars inside !! I don't know how any company could top that level of customer service. You don't need service often on Leupold products but it sure is nice to know that you will obtain top notch support when you do need help.
My husband returned a scope due to it fogging up during a hunt out of state. We paid out of pocket to send it back and waited 6 weeks to get it back today. It’s been almost 2 hours since it was received and it is still fogging and not able to be seen through. Called and left a message for a return call and still waiting. Not thinking very much about the customer service and wondering what we are going to do with a product we aren’t satisfied with.

High quality, rugged, built to last products. They have made name for themselves and it has been reputable since the beginning. If you are in doubt, rest yourselves assured that if the product you are debating has a Gold Ring, or the "L" logo, you can't go wrong.

I love my VX-1 rimfire 2-7x28!!! At 8.5oz it is perfect on my squirrel rifle. High quality scope at a light weight is hard to beat. I shopped around and all the other major scope brands make "rimfire" scopes in same size and power but they all weigh in at 14oz or more.
I bought a pair of used Redfield Rebels, Redfield is a company owned by Leopold. I needed a replacement lense cover, the binoculars were missing one, I emailed them to see about purchasing it and low and behold a new one showed up in the mail today! Awesome customer service!
Right on! Like always! I have used Leupold on all my firearms wit ha binocs and my spotting scope. Just missing a rangefinder.
I have been a life long owner and fan of leupold but the customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for a CDS and a VX 6 since October. I have emailed called and all I get back is an anonymous email telling me my order can’t be processed. It should be noted that I am also on the VIP guide program with an email to back that up!! But to no avail. Hopefully they get through the holiday season and get caught up on customer service!
