Outstanding product and incredible customer service. I was personally responsible for the damage to my 12yr old 8x42 HD binocular and without question Leupold send me a replacement.
Made the mistake of buying a counterfeit VX-3 off of eBay. Tech support was great. Have Leupold binoculars, range finders, and scopes on handguns, rifles, and muzzle loaders. Thank you and Dane in tech support was great!

Hi I am a user in south Korea. I feel bad that the equipment I used so well has broken down The text on the screen is blurred, and I can not see the number at all. I bought a used rifle that has the Mark 4 scope mounts. There was an issue with one of the mounts that was not a "warranty" situation which I made them aware of. They took care of it anyways! Amazing customer service!
I’m Not impressed at all! First I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to make sure they got the scope we were sending in to get fixed. I spent hours on the phone on hold! I’m not exaggerating either! Hours!! And then we finally get it back and there paper said they fixed it. But it’s full of moisture!! It’s ruined. I can’t believe they sent it back to us 100 times worse then it was. Picture in comments!
They don't want to stand behind their warranty their paper isn't any good
