After a brief misunderstanding, I was able to get in touch with a representative who got me the help I needed. They did a great job and make outstanding optics.
I will not support a company that doesn’t stand behind their products, particularly a product that was used 3 times. I thought I was purchasing a nice rangefinder Only to find out it would fail and not be supported because it was outside the 90 day warranty. There is no reason to ever purchase something from a company like this when you have other high quality optic companies that support their product.

Hey Chris - We're sorry you had issues with your rangefinder. Please give us a call at 1-800-LEUPOLD and we can get you taken care of. All of our rangefinders come with a 2-year electronic warranty, which goes into affect on the date of purchase. I'm not sure what 90-day warranty you speak of.
A couple years ago I purchased the golf ranger finder. Unfortunately it stopped working this golf season, so I sent it back for a possible repair. I was notified the day they got it at the factory that it would be repaired or replaced at no cost. Today I received my new GX-1(3) which was an upgrade from my previous one. I’m very pleased to find that a company stands behind their products.
RecommendedLeupold Scopes typically have better eye relief than the offerings from other companies. Leupold employs a mostly American workforce, and when You buy a Leupold You will have full factory support for as long as You own the optic. I will not spend My hard earned money on a scope that is not manufactured by Leupold.
I purchased a Leupold Golf Range Finder for $400 just over 2 years ago and the lights that show the distances went out. I sent it in and was told it could not be fixed but that they would give me a discount to buy another one. Its difficult for me to understand why they cannot fix such a simple issue and why I would want to spend another $400 on a range finder that only last 2 years.
