I have a vx2 ao....that i have sent back before, it will not hold up under my kimber 7wsm. It's the middle of Mississippi hunting season,I'm being told it will take 4weeks to get it back. I'm very disappointed in this scope.

I own about a dozen Leupold products and all have been great. The only issue I've ever had was with an older Vari-X III that Leupold replaced with a new VX-3i a few weeks after sending it in. Customer for life. Thanks!
I think Leupold products are outstanding. I try to put your optics on every gun I buy. I have used them for caribou, elk, mule deer, whitetail, antelope and all kinds of critters...my next goal is to replace my old Redfield spotting scope with one of yours. Great stuff! Just my 2¢.

In my many years of using Leupold optics I have only had two issues and both were mainly my fault. They quickly got me up and glassing again. Leupold customer for life!
Amazing product, backed by the best customer service. These scopes have been helping fill my freezer for 3 decades. I've fallen and smashed my scope against rocks, and had them rebuilt to better than new...FOR FREE !!! I will always use Leupold Optics !!!
Hands down the best optics out there but what really makes them is the people behind the product. When people are that loyal you know they are a great company.
I purchased a 1200RX range finder a few years ago and use it for hunting and on the golf course. Never had any issues until middle of this hunting season I was not getting readings past 10 yards. Called customer service and they talked me through resetting to factory settings. No luck. Allen in customer service told me to send it in with a brief letter explaining the issue.
