I will buy nothing else. I just sent them a pair of binoculars I have owned for 12 years that the eye piece fell off. They sent me a new pair that where more expensive in less than a week and a half.
Leupold Optics are the only ones I will trust on my firearms. I have a VX-1 4-12 on my precision AR and a DeltaPoint Pro on my AR-15. Will be getting a VX-3 for my hunting rifle in the near future. Super clear field of view, lightweight, affordable, and best of all, made right here in the USA.
Have to say thank you to Leupold Optics and their customer service. I had a range finder that was about 6-7 years old and the display started fading even with a brand new battery. I called them and they said to send it to them. About 2-3 weeks later, a brand new range finder arrived at my house!! Awesome job, thank you!!!!

I bought a pair of Leupold binoculars about 15 yrs. ago. The best viewing optical for the price. I sent them in for a minor repair and they sent me a brand new pair. I still can't believe they did this. I can't thank them enough. Best warranty, best optical, I am very impressed with Leupold Optics.
I sent my range finder back to them due to the display not working properly. I expected them to send me a refurbish unit or just fix mine..either one would have made me happy since the range finder was almost 4 years old....what did they do! They sent me a BRAND NEW upgrade from my model to my home! You folks know how to treat your customers!
