I had an rx1000tbr that started to give me some issues with the display. I contacted leupold to see about getting it repaired and they said to send it in and they will see what they can do. I had sent it with a tracking number so I could see they had received it on august 11th. I was going to email them this week to see if they had, had a chance to look at it. I received an rx1200tbr in the mail today no questions. I am very happy they stand behind their products and that they sent it out right away so I have it for this com... read more

Leupold's repair department is amazing. I sent in a pair of binos that wouldn't focus anymore and after my experience I will only buy optics from leupold from here on out. I filled out a repair form and sent them in, I would have been thrilled just to get the same pair back repaired. Instead they sent a brand new pair of binos, no questions asked and the only cost to me was shipping them to leupold!

I had a pair of wind river cascades I bought years ago and because of my own fault of carrying them without the learns covers on them and them getting dirt and debris on the lens and me cleaning them most of the time with my shirt tail the lenses had most of the coatings worn off and scratched and I couldn't see very good out of them so I sent them back and Leupold sent me a brand new pair ...... you got to love service like that !! Leupold's customer service is the best !!!!!!

Leupold embodies customer service. I recently lost the battery cap to my MK4. I Contacted Leupold to buy a replacement cap. They asked me to return the scope. About two weeks later they sent it back and completely replaced the entire section of the scope that housed the battery, free of charge. I feel good about using their wares. That's something that you just can't put a price on.
