We sent an old pair of binoculars in for repair for some blurriness issues. Instead of repairing the old ones, Leupold sent us a brand new pair in the mail. Wish more companies did business this way!
Recently had an issue with my binoculars. Called customer service expecting to get a hassle. No Way! The CS Rep was really helpful and very nice. Sent them out and received them back in no time. Thanks for your great service.

I have a Leopold vxlll 4.5x14 40 mm objective. Love my scope but I'm wondering if Leopold offers zero stop turrent 's that would fit my scope?
Have leupold range finder , have had it for like 8 years , I use it every huntin season and some in the off season an still has the factory battery in it , great product !
After seeing how poorly my brother was treated by there warranty/service department when he received a faulty product I have to say I'm ashamed to own so many of there products! I will never purchase anything with there name on it again!
Called customer service on Wednesday morning and told him about the issue with the scope and that I was leaving for a trip on Friday. I thought I would have to buy a new scope for the trip.. Mike emailed me an overnight slip and told me he personally would take care of it.. Today is Friday and ups just dropped off the new scope. That's world class service! Mike saved me a ton of aggravation.. Thanks again for the extra effort. I own 11 leupold scopes and I would never change. Keep up the outstanding work
