I am amazed at the customer service I received from Leupold. I had an older RX series rangefinder that was acting up. I called and they said send it in and we will look at it. No trying to find excuses like "its old what do you expect" just plain send in and we will check it out. So I mailed it in and I just received a package today (only 2 weeks) with a brand new Range Finder - NO CHARGE!. Outstanding!!! I am hooked for life. Thanks Leupold!!

I've been waiting on turrants for my vx6 scope since August 10th. Then it comes 7 weeks later and I'm excited about til I noticed they sent the wrong one. When I contacted them they were very nice and apologized about and said I would have one shipped out today. Well it came in today 5 days later and it wrong again I ordered the dual rotation and I got the single. Deer season start next week so now I have no time to test it out

Outstanding service, I'm still in shock. I live in Australia and Josh from product services was amazingly helpful. My GX-2i rangefinder that I bought in the U.S. 3 years earlier had a problem and they covered me with a brand new GX-3i under warranty. I will recommend Leupold to anyone I speak to. What a great company! You guys really take care of your customers! Sent in some of my binoculars for repair and they sent me a new updated pair. Spoke with the UPS driver about it and said he sent some Bushnell in for repair and it was a joke! I guess you get what you pay for in life and leupold will always be the one I turn to for optics! Keep up the great service!
Sam from maine I have tried a lot of scopes in my day and I can't find any thing that will out live the leap old scopes spotting scopes range finders and rings and bases. I have over 50 scopes and had one that was dropped it was a mess. In one week I had a new scope no questions asked. That is worth lots of money thank you for your great products
