Sent in my husband's binos for repair got a card back saying they would be fixed within 15 working days, and 2 weeks later they sent us a whole new more updated model binos. Their service was amazing, we were even willing to pay for a repair (eyepiece the twists was coming off) they said no charge for the repair. Husband was so excited to get a whole new set. After this I said when I upgrade my range finder I know what brand I'm going with. Thank you for such excellent service.

I sent emails to 3 other manufacturers as well as Leupold and your company (Alan) was the only one to respond. And he continued to every question I asked. Thank you for a wonderful American made product and top notch customer service.
Had an issue with my Olympic Wind River bino's , and contacted Leupold and explained the problem. They told me to send them in so they see what the problem is . I explained that my hunting season starts here on August 8th and if there was anyway possible to get them back before , that would be awesome. Just got home from work, and to my surprise I had a delivery from them. I opened the box and they sent me a brand new pair of BX-3 Mojave . Talking about GREAT customer service.
