My SX-1 Ventana fell off the bench and broke. Sent it in for repairs fully expecting a bill. Received a brand new one free of charge!! The definitely earned a customer forever!!
Leupold informed me today that they are replacing my broken/defective RX1000i range finder with the new RX1200i free of charge. I believe my RX1000i was out of warranty (3 years) so kudos to Leupold for treating their customers right!

I have been using Leupold since as long as I can remember. You will not find a better quality scope anywhere. Some people think that Swarovski is better, but I have owned a few of them over the years just to replace them with Leupold. One thing I love about Leupold is the field of view. If you are hunting and the game you are hunting is on the move it's very easy to keep your game in sight when looking thru their scopes. I own about a dozen Leupold scopes of every shape and size. They are outstanding and my rifles with them all seem to shoot just a little tighter groups. That's Leupold quality showing.

You get what u pay for , I bought a lesser brand , and used a friend rifle one morning at the shooting range . And were mine was fogged up , his was clears as the morning sky . So yes the next scope I buy will be a leupold. I'm a fan now ,of the clarity and accuracy was superb!
I recently completed my Eastern Oregon Rocky Mtn Bull hunt using my new Boone and Crocket Leupold scope. I was fortunate enough to take my bull at 325 yards with my 300 Win Mag!
