On March 13th I went to the ER of this "hospital" when I was told by a doctor at my urgent care that I had had a heart attack (I had been experiencing palpitations and chest pain). The doctor gave me a copy of the EKG to show the attending doctor at the ER. There was no concern at all when I checked in, last I checked heart attack is a serious issue that takes priority over others. Literally the worst hospital experience I have ever had. These are some of the worst human beings on this planet
Very disappointed in how my mom was treated during her stay here at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest. She was admitted due to declining after starting radiation and chemo (She has Stage 4 brain cancer). She was in the Kasych building. The nurses were awful, especially during shift change. None of the nurses knew what my mom's needs were (she's incontinent, needs someone to feed her meals, and she does not talk).
