I was here about 1 year ago as i have a service dog and my wife was there to be admitted i advised the desk clerk that my dog was in my van and it was very cold as i was bringing him in as he is a service dog . She advised me because he wasn't a service dog for my wife only me i couldn't bring him in , well i told her in plain words you don't want me to call the police as you better check with your higher ups as you and the hospital will be fined and my dog will be allowed no matter what as hes a service dog. My grandfather has been here since 1/30/18 with Gillian barre syndrome. He has been on the 5th floor, ICU & now the 7th floor. He has gotten nothing but outstanding care and the staff have been nothing but amazing to us. All of the staff, every possible department!! My sister was admitted on 2/8/18 with HELLP syndrome and had to deliver her baby girl today at 29 weeks 4 days, the staff over there have also been nothing but amazing and helpful. I’ve never seen staff so miserable to work at a place before . As soon as I got into labor and delivery because I am 8 months pregnant and went to the ER so they sent me up there which is fine , the lady at the front of course hates her job she had an attitude the entire time I go into my room that they show me to and get dress I explain to them all my symptoms and how it took everything I had to get out of bed to come there since I didn’t move out of bed for two days . They told me that it’s probably just a sinus infection.... read more
