Amazing and professional staff as well as a clean and well kept facility!
While in the hospital service was great. Discharge information and post surgery information terrible. The orthopedic surgeon I ended up with I'd rather lack luster and left me feeling uneducated on my recovery path and limitations. ER was full and still very well received.
Very mixed. The staff are incredible. However, waiting so many hours for a bed to open up is crazy when told it just needed to be cleaned. AND crazier still? Still not having medication orders entered into the system for admin. Now three doses behind and about to be four. Can have a detrimental impact on patient and yet not a priority.
Thank you to all of the staff there. You saved my brother and treated our family with respect as compassion. Words can never express my gratitude but thank you.
