Got no answers when I took my kid
The place was great. Staff was respectful and courteous. Always checked on me.
Took my 4yo since she has not been able to eat for a few days and per our Pediatrician recommendation we took her in to the ER to be checked. We chose LVHN because our daughter was born there and thought they “should” have her medical records (nope). They required further testing but the pediatric radiology group wasn’t in so we had to have it done the next day. I had my first stay ever in a hospital this past weekend and was on 5C. Everyone from the ER to the nurses,techs and PTs that took care of me was wonderful! I’d like to thank each and every one of them for making me feel safe and comfortable! Even the housekeeping woman was super friendly. I know that can’t be an easy job...I know i wouldn’t be able to do it. Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the food...it could be a bit better�

I am here now,admitted in the perinatal unit. I am 31w2d pregnant with identical twin girls. So far the doctors have been nice,and the nurses are nice.However I live almost 2 hours away and I'm gonna be here until I deliver. I have 2 little boys at home,that I miss TERRIBLY! Of course this was not something that we expected to happen and we are not financially well off where my children can stay at a hotel with my fiance anywhere near me right now. I really don't like to write poor reviews, but I am an employee at one of the hospitals in Philadelphia, and I am disgusted by the care my parent received recently in the ED. In the 6 hours that I was in the ED, I did not see one staff physician...just Residents, PAs, and nurses. I still do not know who was actually in charge of my parent's care. No IV was placed.
