The doctors, burn team, and nursing staff are awesome, very nice. But I have been here since last tues with my son after being life flighted from 3 hours away from home and we have a shower in our room but no hot water so they found me an empty room to shower in meaning leaving my son and not having the privacy of my own room. Its going on 2 weeks here soon and I've had 2 showers since being here. The staff has taken great care of my mom. Just wish they weren't under staffed.
The nurses I met this weekend are beyond amazing. If i could complain about something, it would be knowing every mom could not experience the love and treatment me and my family experienced here. The hallway needs to be filled with more like them
I am a 35 year old who had a stroke. Thanks to the hard work of the icu team,!hospital team, and physical therapists I'm well on my way to hopefully having a full recovery and returning to my life thanks.
I was so thankful and blessed for having the best care last night with the most caring and loving nurse Shena Alvarado, most caring and efficient doctor Smalley and such a sweet patient transporter which I didn't get her name... Being in a hospital with an awful chest pain and afraid because of the medical family history is not easy but thanks to this wonderful people who take their job seriously and care to provide the best service that makes a difference Thank you so much for your hard work and for making lives better
