My dad had a severe heart attack and was in surgery for 12 hours! No one could give us any updates or knew what was going on! To make matters worse everyone was telling us different stories! The most heartbreaking part is my father passed away on Monday at 7:12 am and the undertaker was never contacted by the hospital! We the family had to do it!! Place is a joke. It should really be investigated with all the true horror stories of patient drugs getting mixed up or given the wrong thing and the er waits are just amazing. People who need help sit while ones that don't walk in and go right back. Pathetic absolutely a joke, that's what this place is.
These doctors in the er are HORRIBLE! St Lukes is looking better and better!
If it wasn't for this hospital and the wonderful doctors and the prompt service they provide I would be a memory right now they saved my life and the recovery was exceptional the nurses went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.... I travel 1 hour and 15 minutes to come here whenever I need care I will not go anywhere else and PS stay away from PMC they are the worst lol
Over the last several years I've had many stays at LVH Cedar Crest. Each time I've had the pleasure of meeting nurses that truly care about their patients. My most recent visit was in July of 2015 and my PM care Nurse Karen in the mother baby unit was fantastic. She treated me not only like a patient but as a friend. Each time she came in to "visit" me (yes at 3am to weigh my newborn) she was smiling and very cheerful and answered any questions that my husband and I had.
