HORRIBLE!! Took my 4 yr old son after he fell pretty hard and waited four hours and was NOT seen! Had 20 nurses walk by and not a SINGLE one stopped to check on him or offer us anything! When asked for water they said no! And they even charged me a co pay to not even be seen!! TERRIBLE place!!

Just left the ER after being there for 5 hours. My daughter was placed in a hallway and nobody ever came back to treat her. She got very upset and left the hospital untreated. When we tried to talk to the nurses they basically said as long as she doesn’t have an IV we don’t care if she leaves. They were not at all concerned that she would not receive the treatment she came for. I will also mention that they charged a $75 copayment. She paid and was not treated. It was the worst experience ever.
