I was referred to Family Dental Station by a friend, and my first experience with them was great! It was easy to make (and reschedule) my appointment. There was no long wait on the phone for either of my calls, and both times I got to talk to a very pleasant HUMAN right away. There was almost no wait at the office, as I filled in new patient paperwork online on their user-friendly site. We first met Dr. Arthurs in Sun City West and followed him to his Glendale office. Pleased to see assistant Maryann is still working by his side. She has a great personality and her years of dental experience is evident. Receptionist - Zhara will pleasantly great you and make certain you are comfortable. Also, Keosha willl pleasantly/patiently assist with future appointments. You will be pleased & satisfied with Dr. Arthurs and his team for your dental needs!
Experience was long but easy. Caring personal on all levels from being greeted at the door to the sign in and to the chair.
Family Dental Station should be the guiding primer for dentists that all dental offices use from the front door reception to the completion of the visit. All hands are on cue and receptive to the patient’s needs and Dr. Arthur is appreciative and respectful of American War Veterans.
