I just bought a 2019 Subaru outback and I am in love! Everyone there was very helpful and explained things in a way I could understand. My sales person Liz Myers was absolutely amazing! Less Summit Subaru and Subaru in general does not stand behind its vehicles. We have a 2014 Outback that eats a quart of oil between oil changes and Subaru says this is NORMAL! Subaru has an oil issue and they know it but will not do anything about it..literally both Subaru and the dealer told us this. We were told our car need to use more oil to qualify for a repair. We love the vehicle but don't want to represent a car company that will not stand behind their product so we will be selling.
We stopped in for routine maintenance while traveling through the area. The advisor, Greg, was fantastic! He was super helpful and very thorough! Despite not having an appointment, the time spent at the dealership for service was really reasonable. Would definitely use this service department again!

Worst experience ever, I will literally pay more on my next purchase than deal with these rude arrogant jerks ever again.
