Buyers Beware: Do not give this dealer a deposit, they will lie about delivery dates to secure your money and refuse to refund when they are in the wrong. This dealership took a deposit for a vehicle that never got delivered within several days of when they claimed it would, then they went and sold the vehicle to another party without every notifying me that it had arrived, and now are refusing to refund the deposit. No contract was signed stating non refundable or that the vehicle could be 3+ days late, nor was it verbally ... read more
Went in for an oil change on my 2018 Crosstrek and came home with a 2020 Forester Sport. If you are looking for a new or used Subaru go see Liz Meyer’s and she will get you an fantastic new ride. Our sales lady Liz Myers is awesome and went out of her way every time we came in or reached out to her after the fact, but that’s were it stops. The finance guy we worked with was a joke and never responds to emails sent to him with questions, and is only worried about completing the sale and getting you to buy all the unnecessary additions. The service dept is frustrating since refuse to lookup warranty info or extended warranty info unless you make a point to do so. I refuse to have any service work done there unless it’s... read more

Easiest car buying experience ever! The staff is very nice, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. It was well worth our hour drive. There selection of new Subaru vehicles beats any other deal ship in the Kansas City metro!!!!!
