I purposely drive 40 minutes out of my way and past my local Subaru dealership to get any of my Legacy's services done at Lee's Summit Subaru. Smooth and easy. Did most of it online while corresponding with Dylan Moore. They were fair on my trade and I had been shopping long enough to know the price was pretty good for my new toy. Even with the pandemic going on, Dylan was responsive and helpful in getting it done. The whole team was involved. Shout out to Erik over at LS Honda as well for pointing us in the right direction. Now to wait and see how the follow up/service department will be going forward....

I had poor service on the purchasing side and the service/maintenance side of the company. They seem to only want to do business or be professional with men. Don’t waste your money on their maintenance packages.
I have had the most horrible experience with Lees Summit Subaru. Lack of honesty and integrity at the forefront. Lack of communication and zero accountability or desire to make things right would make me NEVER choose to do business with them again. These are the people that give car dealerships the worst name.
I have always had top notch customer service in the 3 years I have had my vehicle. Service department is great and JL is a huge help every time I go in. 5 stars all the way around!
