My wife and I just bought a Crosstrek from this dealership and had nothing less than an exceptional experience. Subaru really does love pets! 🤗 Even through the construction mess, everyone is so kind, thorough, and speedy! The express service allowed me to only be there for an hour, and sweet fury Buddy enjoyed his new bandana, some treats, a walk around the lot, and a brand new car! He has taste for the Ascent and kayaks apparently. 😂 Anyways, thanks for the Subaru love!
Paul was wonderful in helping us find the right car for us! We knew we wanted a forester and he helped explain the trim levels and we decided the Sport was for us! He helped us get a great rate and great monthly payment. We are so happy with our experience we plan to come back in a few years to get my husband a legacy. And we will ask for Paul personally!
First visit to the Service Department for my very first oil change. Yes, I know my vehicle takes synthetic oil but that doesn’t mean you should charge $100.00 for AN OIL CHANGE!!!! You charged me $70.00 in LABOR?!?! All the technician did was change the oil and filter, rotated the tires and completed an multipoint inspection. Not that difficult nor does it take that long....I should know I work at a dealership with the technicians. I can go to multiple dealerships around your area even another Subaru and only get charged $65... read more

Incredible customer service from both their sales team and their service department. They don’t over promise and I know my car will be ready when I am scheduled to pick it up. Everything fixed right the first time as well. Exceptional customer service!
