They sold me a car that is falling apart after 4 years, and now they’re charging me for repair jobs by their incompetent technicians that don’t even fix the problems I’m having. Sat me in the waiting room for 4 hours last week, only to come back and tell me they hadn’t done anything, only looked at it.
Everyone at Lee’s Summit Subaru is very friendly, works hard, and loves their job. Really wish I got my Crosstrek from them, but am very happy to get Crusher serviced here. Highly recommend them if you have questions, test drives, and final purchases. Here’s my Trek And here’s my parents who just bought their Trek!
Excellent prices, excellent service, honest, quality work. No pressure service writers, no pressure sales staff. Always a good selection of pre-owned and new Subaru cars. I drive a long way just to have my services done here.

I came in for an oil change and surprise surprise something else needed to be "fixed". The last time they tried to sell me a cabin filter for $60 ( $20 on Amazon) and this time my two year old WRX has a bad battery. They informed me it needed to be replaced "soon". So instead of telling me it's under warranty and I had nothing to worry about they offered to sell me one for $110. Do they do this to everyone?
