If you are looking for the best car buying experience, you have come to the right place. Liz Myers is one incredible salesperson, she made me feel so at ease (no high pressure sales). Liz’s personality is off the charts, I had so much fun I felt like I was looking at cars with my best friend. Liz is the perfect nickname on MySubaru app. Yes my new Crosstrek is now known as Liz. My appointment was 1030 got a text at 130 and they thought they would get my car in next? I have a 2020 forester at 330 I get a text that a sensor and a harness was broken and it was not under warranty. My husband was a master technician for 30 years for a high end co.He think tech broke it trying to get it out it would of had to of been a perfect storm for this to have happened we were simply driving down the hwy when all the warning lights came on?????husband is going to fix dealer charge 90 bucks to look at it today so di... read more

Do your research before coming here because their prices are significantly higher than other Subaru dealers. Truecar and Edmunds are your friends. Don't let these sales people bully you into paying several thousand dollars more than you should. They're counting on you not doing research so they can take advantage of you. And be sure to take a minute to review their responses to negative reviews on Yelp and Google. Don't do business with places that engage in such passive-aggressive, unprofessional behavior.

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased my 2020 Forester last June in Washington state. This is my second Forester. The last one I had for 10 years and maintained it perfectly, every 30k major fluids changed, 120k timing belt, water pump, fluids and drive belts. ANYTHING that came up with my car I fixed it right away and at the dealership. So WHY tell you all this? Because this dealership is all about the bait and switch. Worked with Steven Carrol. He was super nice and didn’t get annoyed with questions. The whole team top to bottom was great. We were the last customers 3nights in a row bc I am picky and could not choose the one I wanted. Steven was super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. We will be back for future purchases.

Great service. Staff did their best to not make it an all day stay. Only to finance persons though. Was still there about 5 hrs.

Would recommend to anyone to shop here. Andrew Gibson was easily one of the best guys I've ever talked to at a dealership, and Johnny at finance was super helpful and helped me get lower rates that I didn't even expect!

Do not have your Subaru serviced here!! My experience with Lee's Summit Subaru was one of the worst experiences of my life. Long story short. I had my 2011 Subaru Outback taken to this dealership for repairs. My engine was overheating. They had my car for a week, I had to call almost everyday to figure out where they were at with my repair. They had replaced my timing belt, water pump, head gaskets, etc $3000. Sucks but I needed it repaired. Thought I would have a brand new car essentially with how much was done to it. Car d... read more
