My appointment was 1030 got a text at 130 and they thought they would get my car in next? I have a 2020 forester at 330 I get a text that a sensor and a harness was broken and it was not under warranty. Do your research before coming here because their prices are significantly higher than other Subaru dealers. Truecar and Edmunds are your friends. Don't let these sales people bully you into paying several thousand dollars more than you should. They're counting on you not doing research so they can take advantage of you. And be sure to take a minute to review their responses to negative reviews on Yelp and Google. Don't do business with places that engage in such passive-aggressive, unprofessional behavior.

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased my 2020 Forester last June in Washington state. This is my second Forester. The last one I had for 10 years and maintained it perfectly, every 30k major fluids changed, 120k timing belt, water pump, fluids and drive belts. Worked with Steven Carrol. He was super nice and didn’t get annoyed with questions. The whole team top to bottom was great. We were the last customers 3nights in a row bc I am picky and could not choose the one I wanted. Steven was super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. We will be back for future purchases.
Great service. Staff did their best to not make it an all day stay. Only to finance persons though. Was still there about 5 hrs.
Would recommend to anyone to shop here. Andrew Gibson was easily one of the best guys I've ever talked to at a dealership, and Johnny at finance was super helpful and helped me get lower rates that I didn't even expect!

Do not have your Subaru serviced here!! My experience with Lee's Summit Subaru was one of the worst experiences of my life. Long story short. I had my 2011 Subaru Outback taken to this dealership for repairs. My engine was overheating. They had my car for a week, I had to call almost everyday to figure out where they were at with my repair. They had replaced my timing belt, water pump, head gaskets, etc $3000.
