Biggest joke of a dealership sales department. First trip James said he's got a car parked aside for me to look at the car had been sold the day before so I drove all the way out to look at nothing. 2nd visit Steve doesn't even grab the keys to the car I'm interested in and laughs at me when I talk to him about the value of my trade
I've always received wonderful service and everyone is very friendly.
I really like the service department here, which is why I gave two stars instead of one. I did not enjoy my sales experience. When I received customer service "thanks for coming in" emails, I responded with my comments and was ignored. Three times. Either their email system just isn't functional, or they don't really care to earn business. I walked in ready to buy a car. Now I'm ready to buy it at a different dealership. There are two others in the area, after all.
I have had such a great experience both times that I have been in this dealership. First time had low credit and they hooked me up with the credit repair (which is an amazing program) and I had a temporary car and 5 months later I'm in a brand new car! Jason and Cameron took car of my fiancee and I and they go out of their way to make sure that you leave there happy! I wouldn't recommend any other dealership in the world after my experiences here! Thanks a bunch guys!!!
