I am so beyond happy with my experience at this dealership! Not only did Brea find my perfect car, she didn't tell me that it had the two-tone interior so that it would be a surprise when I test drove it! How cool is that? It was pouring rain but she was still up beat and awesome about showing me the car! Johnny was also great when it came to the paper work side and explaining the maintainence packages. I'm very pleased with my recent purchase from Lee's Summit Subaru. My sales consultant, Liz Myers, was so focused on helping me get the car I wanted. Seriously, she stopped at nothing to find just the car I wanted. I'm a long-time fan of Subarus but I still had a lot to learn about the new features. Liz was so patient and knowledgeable and I never felt like I was asking a stupid question. She taught me everything I needed to know and I couldn't be happier with my new car!

Oil change and tire balance and rotation. $300, and they not only didn't balance them, but the washing knocked it dangerously out of balance. Endangered lives.
