Very effective product(#1 in the gutter industry.)The lead installer at my home deserves a 20% raise and matched retirement at 4.5 % including all paid holidays or double time for working holidays as well extra 200 per week health insurance contribution on top of benifits for invested lead labor/ working *******. There hasn't been enough rain yet to wash the smell of **** from my patio and raised flower beds backed up by video surveillance cameras I was scheduled for a Saturday June5 The gutters where produced and laid out on my yard then two installers showed up and jumped into action! I bought my LeafGuard gutters in Oct of 2006; two weeks after 2 year warranty noticed water running right over edge of gutters. The water was running down into my basement. Called and they tried to sell me some addons which I declined. Gutters were blocked with trees growing, which they cleaned out. May 2021 I noticed a layer of mud over an inch deep all the way across my gutters. I called to have them cleaned and was going to come right out if I would purchase new drain additions. I was satisfied with the job and the performance of the gutters. I have seen other customers comment on the salesman being pushy. **** was very nice but, it did seem like he was a little pushy at times. If you decide to go with their gutters, ** NOT utilize their financing options. I didn't realize the finance charges were going to be around $75 per month. I contacted ****************** in Kansas . Their people out of Kansas City , Ks. First thing the salesman said is they don't give estimates . He measured the gutters etc , showed me their product . Went thru his sales spill , showed me a video . Then he told me it would be $ 13,800 for the gutter system !!!! He told me 65 % of his sales are from senior citizens . How we fall off ladders etc . Worst investment I have ever made. Original gutters were plastic Raingo gutters and had four downspouts and the system worked. They were easy to clean using a leaf blower attachment. **** ***** called when my wife said I was too old to climb a ladder even though I had means to clean out the Raingo plastic gutters from the ground and my leaf blower with an attachment. The front of my house looked one way when they started the job and by the end of the job my house looked completely different. It was horrible....the paint on the front back facing of my house was ripped away and the installers left my house without fixing it and not only that they didnt even call me to tell me that there was a problem with the facing. I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had a LeafGuard system installed in 2007 and 14 years later it is still doing great. We have never had to clean out our gutters since that day. But I especially want to talk about the customer service. We had a roofer who told us we would have to remove the guttering to repair our roof.
