Avoid this company! Grossly overpriced and we cant believe we fell for their slick kitchen table presentation. These people are sharks, literally no better than thieves.

The salesman was unprofessional, pushy, and arrogant. A quote for over $13,000 on a ranch. If they treat you this way before the sale; how will they treat you after the sale.The salesman did not even want to give me a price because a competitor quote was on the table in view. I had to push for the price quote. Never will I ever call this company back.

Avoid the company at all cost. The person selling/doing the estimate may look professional, but that it is. But the way they treat you after you sign is anything but professional...Completely unresponsive, no one picks up the phone. They pushed the install date twice already. Sent a crew that left the job undone...They lack the most common sense on how to treat a customer. They are fast at picking the phone to get your business, once you pay them, it is over. Wish we'd done our research. Leaf Guard installed gutter guards in August. We live in the Pacific NW, so installer warned us about a spot that might need to be assessed when the rains started. His concern was where the downspout was not connected to the lower gutter causing the water to overflow. He said to call the company and they will send an installer back to adjust (?). BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! Total Scam!!!!Leaf Guard NE attempted to scam me. Used the 'Bait and Switch' tactic for a better pricing after a ridiculous 1st verbal offer, calling Boss multiple times, removing warranties to lower price, etc. and in the end would not provide a written offer/contract. This company hides from the customer. Goes out of business in your town with no notice leaving you the customer to try and track them down. After much research you finally find a number where they are to call you back, but they lie because they don't call you back. Cut my gutter too short so it doesn't clear the roof drip line. It is amazing to me that a company who acts like this could have an A+ rating with the BBB. After years of this nonsense you finally just give up.

I had NO idea this would be a pitched, show and tell sale; I thought I was getting an estimate. Period. After the salesman was at my home for over 90 minutes, offering 10k to 6.5k systemsthe price dropped each time he called his boss to see if they could make the system more affordable (calls all sounded scripted)I finally asked him to leave my home with me as I was late for an appointment, which I had already indicated multiple times would terminate the sale appointment.
