After several years the seems in the gutters started leaking, causing damage to my fascia, and soffit. Upon contact they sent out a crew, then it turned in to a quote....they quoted me to repair their gutter system.....apparently the "caulking" is not covered in the "lifetime" warranty.....buyer beware.....what good is a "lifetime" warranty if there is no lifetime about it....the valleys run over during medium to heavy rains as well....FYI In heavy rains, the gutters will not take all the water.

I had set up an appointment for noon on August 21, 2020 with LeafGuard of Kansas. I thought that it was very strange when I was asked if I live alone. I was told that he asked only because if there was another person making the purchase with me, they needed to be there too. I was told that it would take one and a half to two hours. September 8, 2020 Today, September 8, 2020 I had the worst experience of my life with a salesperson. Keep in mind we are in a world health crisis worldwide. The salesman arrived @ 2:30pm to my home without a mask after the company had assured me the the morning of the appointment that their employees were required to wear a mask and maintain a six foot distance. Had these gutters installed in December 2019. Told me I needed the upgraded downspout with the cleanouts. I called after the first rainstorm we had to complain about how loud those cleanouts were. Never got a call back. Tried my salesmans number no answer and his manager Bradley did not answer either. Those cleanouts let the water pour right out and up against my house. Tried salesman Khalil and Bradley again September 3, 2020 no answer. Spoke to the rep you get when you call the number on the brochure said someone will call... read more

Leaf Guard installed new gutters on my home with a metal roof. The salesman guaranteed me that water would not leak between the gutter and the house. First rain and water leaks between the house and the gutter. After numerous attempts to contact the company they finally sent a service person out. They told me that their gutters were installed properly but that water rolled off of my metal roof in a manner that their gutter didn’t catch. They suggested I hire a roofer to change the design of my roof. Unbelievable.

I had Leafguard gutter protectors installed on July 7th. On July 19th a moving truck backed into one of the gutters above my garage and damaged it. I called Leafguard the next day and left a message. No response in 24 hours so I called back and was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes. When I finally spoke with someone they took a message and said someone would contact me to schedule an estimate. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my home then when LeafGuard came to provide what was supposed to be an estimate. An estimate turned into bullying sales tactics. In thinking it was just to receive an estimate, my husband went to work while I stayed home. From the out set, I told the Rep that I had a hard stop at 245p. The original quote started at $16k, and mind you this included the 100% discount on labor. month later and still no gift card as promised and general manager will never return calls. Have called numerous times and left messages and finally they got him on the line to address several issues. Disappointed in service of office. They do have polite crew that installs

High pressure salesman. Has no idea about installation. Salesman gave lies about the product. Did not fully explain financing. No communication with customer after sale from anyone at office. Salesman did not offer any specials advertised on TV. Would not do business with them again. *** ********
