I called them on 2/4/2021 to let them know my gutters was stopped up with frozen ice. They did nothing about it. The guy I talked with told me I needed a new roof. They never came out to check. The water was coming through my kitchen window. When the temperature got warmer. The gutters started to flow right. I wouldn't buy from them. If I could give a no star I would. They don't deserve anything.

I think something should be done about Leaf Guard Gutters of Burr ridge and any other cold climate city they operate in, My sad experience with Leaf Guard Gutter of Burr ridge began about 4 yrs ago when I contracted to have them install what I was led to believe was a maintenance free system, and I was told I would never have to worry about gutters again! We have had experience with other leaf systems but thought this heavily promoted product seemed attractive so we scheduled an appointment. Our representative arrived on time in his somewhat soiled sweatpants with a fairly clean shirt and disheveled man bun. He set his laptop up and went through the spiel about how he could save us money using our existing downspouts. Well where do I start. My mother in-law in ***** ******, ********was SCAMMED by this company or its affiliate. Actually an elderly tenant in her home used leafguard out of ******He signed the work order and loan without her knowing. He was just trying to help her out. Well this is a two story home with normal gutter lengths maybe 240 feet total feet . The bill was $12,000 through a finance company. That is an outrageous amount for gutters. If I could give a zero I would. If I could take these gutters down I would. They are not a good Quality at all. And the installer didn’t put in correctly. They are leaking in several places. The leaks have cost me $1200 to fix my fireplace because the installer put the wrong piece on the end. The piece is to large and they forced it to fit. Which in turn has caused it to leak down on the wall of my fireplace and rotten out the wood all the way down the side of my fireplace. High pressure sales person. The first price given to my daughter and son in law who was living in my house at the time was way over priced. Salesman called supervisor and came down on price. When I arrived he was bothered by the questions that I ask. Called his supervisor and the price came down. I was still not happy with the price. He ask "what price would make you happy?" Horrible installation. Water sitting in gutters. Drip edges not installed properly. Overall inadequate installation. Job ******* was out twice to discuss the concerns. He took photos and agreed to fix the problems. Never heard back.

Leaf Guard will not come out and fix my gutters. I have called and called them and they came out and put up some guards where rain poured over the gutter only to cause it to collect debris and clog. There were plants growing out of the gutters. So much for no clog gutters. It has ruined my facia boards on both sides of the front of my house. Not to mention my brick work. 10/26 young lady showed up appt, was on time, spent way too long making out whatever forms in h\er car before she came in to give way too long presentation, I had asked about the $99/99/99 that is always in their ads. she said wait til we get discounts etc. I was then pressured to apply right then for a $12,000 loan.
