Purchased years ago and seem to work satisfactory. Overtime build up of fine debris he as built-up with minor clogging. No good method to get access to clean the clogging. Also lifetime guarantee is useless if company that sale them in your area keep changing every few years no one wants to service them. Only interested in sales.

Would never recommend this company. Originally had seamless gutters that worked just fine, but being elderly, thought never having to go up a ladder to clean them seemed a good choice. LeafGuard gutters were improperly installed on 4/11/22. They had a 6" gap below roof edge. Looked horrible and rain never hit the system. After multiple phone calls, finally production manager returned my call. He inspected and had the crew remove the front and back gutters and had them reinstalled on 4/18/22. Do not buy if you live in Evergreen Tree country! They are what they say "leaf guard", that is all they provide. Pine needles jam up water runoff like you do not have any gutters at all. Leaf Guard needs to pull out of the Northwest. If the company now wants to come out and clean up the pine needles cluttering the water runoff contact me, some gutter are some 30 foot off the ground.

We had LeafGuard gutters installed on our new addition. The gutters look great and worked well after a heavy rain. We are pleased with the product, but communication was contradictory and frustrating, and we feel we overpaid. We have LeafGuard gutters on the original part of our house and weve never had a problem and never even considered other options for our addition. We removed and stored 30 ft. of existing LeafGuard gutter to prepare for construction and were assured we would be able to reuse the gutter. A LeafGuard sale... read more

Horrible experience with LeafGuard of ******, **! The gentleman that came to quote us refused to give us a quote because I didn't want to call references from his book. Additionally, he lied and told me that the quotes were only good for today, and I had to make a decision today. When I questioned the "one day quote" and said that I would need to time discuss it with my husband, he told me that my husband should have been here for the estimate. I wouldn't recommend this company. I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Leaf Guard came out to do some warranty work by adding a new downspout due to clogging. I asked them if they could connect it to our drainage system. When they were on site they noticed my drainage system in underground and said they do not do that work. But in the process of locating my underground *** pipe, they completely destroyed the *** pipe. I now have a 1 ft gap that I need to fix ASAP and I am left scrambling to find someone to do the work. Leaf Guard of Charlotte quoted double price of Leaf Filter and Gutter Helmet. Regretfully, the subsequent estimates were obtained after installation. Leaf Guard of Charlotte seems to practice price gouging during this pandemic. Please be aware of this companys tactics! I hope that AG office will investigate!

Workers left construction debris not only in my yard, but in my neighbor's yard. *********** finally cleaned up their mess after three tries, and after I had already cleaned up the trash in my neighbor's yard..I've contacted them a total of four times over three months, regarding leaks in their system. They came back out once, and I still have leaks.Given the quality of work, I feel I was grossly overcharged. I paid first-class money for terrible service and a new gutter system that leaks.
