Awful experience! I tried to book a simple nail service via their app. To make sure I was doing it correctly, I tried MULTIPLE TIMES, even by using different mobile numbers and email addresses. No joy. Stuck on a phone number screen, and when I tried entering my postcode, an error code kept reappearing. I contacted support twice and they said they had sorted it out both times. I asked for a wash and bouncy blow out, the whole process was rushed and I didn’t come out with what i asked for. I was given loose curls that didn’t hold for even 2 hours after i left the place. No product was used, no blow out brush or correct tools. I was charged £51 for a 20 minute wash and “curl”. Disgusting prices, if you want to charge that much at least give what has been asked for. Wouldn’t recommend.
This is absolutely a nightmare, I had a haircut today, I was not sure about the style to get so, I asked him to give me a haircut according to their suggestion, they saved me, bold like what the hell??? And they areCharging me, three pounds extra than before for no reason.
I got my nails done by Rachel. She was amazing and patient. Its the best nails I have gotten so far. Would highly recommend her!!! ❤️💅✨️
