Hats off to Le Castagne! They have true Italian food at its very best. There Ravioli is the best in town. I would say no one does Italian food in Philly like they do. The food is large sized and the sauces are always perfect with any dish. Le Castagne always offers a great meal, but you have to be prepared to wait to get in on weekends because they can get busy. Never Fails To Impress – This is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to... and I've been to A LOT! Every dish I've ever had there is incredible - very delicious and satisying. Accompanying the great food was the impeccable service and great atmosphere. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends and Le Castagne never fails to impress them too.

Scrumptious dishes – I've been to a hundred of restaurants, and Le Castagne ranks right up there with the best. All the dishes are scrumptious and plated nicely, but for me, their Rigatoni with sausage and spinach is the one that stands out the most. The rigatoni was cooked perfectly al dente and the cream sauce with the sausage was really outstanding. It's full of flavors. Try it.. for sure, you'll like it too!

Impressive! – Le Castagne is by far the best Italian restaurant in Philly. I am so impressed with the food we ordered. They're all delicious, most especially the seafood dish. It had perfectly cooked shrimp, clams, mussels and calamari. The sauce was sooo good that I wanted to drink it. I do hope I can get the chance to eat there again.

Fantastic Night at Le Castagne – I had a fantastic night at Le Castagne. Everything went fine - from the ordering of food to billing out. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. And what I love most is that we weren't rush to order something. The food also was amazingly delicious. Two thumbs up!

Italy - I Love! – I was in Italy a few years back and I will never forget the Gnocchi there. I hadn't had Gnocchi that tasted that good since, not until last night at Le Castagne. I tried the Gnocchi di Patate alla Sorrentina. It was served very quickly and tasted delicious. Their menu can be a little expensive (depends on what you order), but every bite was all worth it! I will surely frequent this place.

Philly's Best Italian Restaurant! – I had a truly great evening with my wife here. In just one night, Le Castagne became our number one favorite Italian restaurant in Philly. This was certainly NOT a place where we felt rushed in to order something. Impressive was the list of wines they have. But what's more impressive was the knowledge of the staff about their wines.
