RecommendedFirst of all they do what they say they’ll do. They follow up. They (in inclement weather) call ahead and give me a heads up when they’re coming due to weather delay. They have always answered all of my questions. I’d recommend them highly. Besides.. on top of it all.. my lawn has never looked better.
RecommendedLawn looks great. Only complaint is many of their techs refuse to use the push applicator on my small lawn. The riding version is way to big.

RecommendedHave been very satisfied with Lawn Pride. They are the first lawn company that I have been satisfied with. We get many compliments on our yard from neighbors and visitors.
I have had problems the past two seasons. They did their treatments sometimes as close as 3 weeks apart and even as far out as 9 weeks apart. When I agreed to continue treatments in April this year, it was with the stipulation that treatments be spaced evenly throughout the entire season. Initially they did treatments around every 5 wks, but then went 9 wks. My lawn either had weeds or looked burnt this year. They also didn’t treat the lawn evenly. I will be looking for another lawn service. I’m fed up! Rating 1 star
Update - I was contacted by the VP of the company to discuss my issues and concerns. Lawn Pride is working with me to resolve the issue. I used to love this service. I have used them for 2 plus years. This year I have been getting more and more weeds. I called with no resolution. I called to suspend my service until resolved and they just said “oh ok.” And I was offered no further resolution.
